Doing massage and bodywork is a bit like performing Alchemy. The Art and the Science come together in order to provide something greater than its parts.

It is also a bit like putting together a complicated puzzle. To be successful, we listen to your needs, both requested and unspoken, and to provide more than what you want; we offer what you need.

Rumi said this about how we see the world, and it is a fitting guide to bodywork, health and how we view life.

“The garden of the world has no limit except in your mind.”

The garden of the world, is our self; the holistic Self; our world is what we make it. The garden of the world comes to bloom through our world-view; our sense of self and it is the central key to our personal power. It is the investiture of our Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Words have power, and it is just as important to cultivate how we speak about ourselves, view ourselves, as it is to curate our diet or health activities.
